Jackie M's and Son Cafe and Catering

Not sure if they’ve changed cooks or maybe new workers, but the past two times we’ve ordered from here, the quality and taste of the food has went down. We first ordered from here in 2023 and it was the best Philly we’ve ever had, but lately it hasn’t even come close to it. The meat is dry and the fries taste stale. I have attached two photos. The first photo is from when we ordered in 2023 and the second one what is what we got today. Completely huge difference.

First time eating here, got the original cheese steak and fries. The cheese steak was excellent and the fries were perfect, crispy, hot, and well seasoned! Will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. Staff was friendly. Order took 15-20 min, but there are plenty of signs saying it's not fast, it's cooked to order.

The food is really good, I love the steak and buffalo chicken soul rolls. The cheesesteak is great as well. The gentleman taking the orders was friendly and very patient. The food is cooked to order but the wait time was longer than expected, I waited over 30 minutes for 2 meals; watching 6-10 orders placed after mine being called to the window for pickup.

The wing ding deal was amazing! We got fries, the buffalo chicken soul rolls, the buffalo lemon pepper wings and the jerk chicken wings and it was all 10/10. Their ranch was also top tier🔥 only cons are that there is only 2 picnic tables for outdoor seating (takeaway might be best) and you will end up spending ~ $20 if you want 10 wings but it's all homemade and amazing!

YUM!!!! At first I thought the bread was too think, however, it allowed me to eat without the bread getting soggy. The buffalo chicken eggrolls are SO good and that blue cheese sauce was probably the best I’ve ever had. Def eating here again before I move back up North 🤤
