When my husband unexpectedly passed away shortly after we moved into our new home, I knew his plans for landscaping the yard himself would not materialize, and I began a search into unfamiliar territory. After googling, following up on recommendations and receiving unrealistic quotes, I discovered J&J Landscaping’s web site with appealing photos in line with my expectations and glowing reviews of their work. I received a prompt response to my request for someone to look at my property and give me a quote. Mr. Darrell Radcliff was so understanding of my situation, and it didn’t take long to realize he was honest, experienced, trustworthy -- and an answered prayer to my landscaping dilemma. Within days he gave me a reasonable quote, and he and his team (including his dog Calamity) have been extremely hard working and committed to the job, giving me constant updates and explaining each phase of the project from the initial preparation to the irrigation, sod installation, selecting and planting shrubs/trees, groundcover, fertilization and supportive suggestions on aftercare. He exhibits unwavering pride in every phase of the project and the results are obvious. It has been a genuine pleasure working with Mr. Darrell. His professionalism and guidance on money-saving tips have been such a blessing and turned what I first thought would be a very stressful project into a pleasant reality. Had my backyard and side of my house sodded. Had a drain put in to handle a nasty swampy issue next to my house. Service was VERY affordable. Quality of work was top notch! And directions in how to care for sod were very clear (this is my 1st house as an adult that had landscaping that needed tending to.) Would 100% recommend to a friend.

We’ve used J&J for sod replacement including old grass removal, surface preparation and new sod installation. They also prepared area for patio and installed pavers and mondo grass. We highly recommend J&J and will use them again in the future.

Entire property cleaned:cut lover hanging tree limbs, clean trash, removed hedges, trimmed and manicured the existing scrubs, mowed lawn, took away all garbage. I now have a bi-monthly service. I would highly recommend this company
