Into the Blue Pool and Spa

We could not be more thrilled with the process and outcome working with this amazing team! Not only did they educate on every detail of this, they under-promised, and over-delivered every step of the way. There was not one hiccup or interruption or issue through the entire process, which I find to be incredibly impressive! They have transformed our yard into my dream oasis and I couldn’t thank them enough! They also are very reasonably priced and work exhaustively to make sure their customers are happy, with a wonderful attitude. The team is friendly and respectful, and I recommend them above any other pool company in the area. They are also maintaining the pool now and include such details and care, it feels like they care as much as it’s their own property. Highly recommend!! (Our Doggies are over the moon too! 🐶🥰)

This team has done an awesome job in keeping my pool looking great all year round. They've provided nothing but Top Notch exceptional pool service. Their team has always took the time to explain everything in detail to put us at ease about any concerns or questions we've had regarding maintenance or repairs. Really couldn't see myself with any other pool maintenance company at this point. 🥰

Communication is key for us and Into The Blue is very good at it! They called when they said they would call, they came out when they said they were coming out, and they kept their word every step of the way! They’ve even called to follow up two times since the job was complete and have been eager to help and answer questions each time! They’re very knowledgeable about the pool business and their work shows it! We will definitely be calling them for all of our future pool needs!

We needed a pool liner replaced so we called and got a few estimates. Into the blue was not the cheapest company however I personally felt comfortable talking with Diedra.(sorry if spelt wrong). She explained that they work out of their home and gave me insight on the liner replacement process. She gave me the website and luckily I already knew which liner I wanted. A new silver liner. I paid the half up front to get the order processed and then the liner came in fairly quickly! (About 4 weeks later). Overall I was very pleased with the customer service and pricing. My only annoyance was that when the liner was installed, we had a vacuum hooked up 24 hours a day from Tuesday through Saturday. I only expected it to be running for 1/2 days from previous conversations. However they seemed busy at another job and I kinda feel that we could have saved some money on our electric bill by turning that off within a day or two….not 5😀. Hopefully it helped clear up any creases. This was just an annoyance I had but it did not change my appreciation and happiness in choosing this company. They also sold me shock and chlorine tablets at a great price! I think if you call and speak with them you would be happy with their services.
