Insurance Masters LLC

They deserve zero stars. Their agents go to neighborhoods and sign up homeless, people living on the streets knowing that they don't have income. Giving them paperwork Silver 5 with no premiums and $10 co-pay. But when you finally try to use the insurance you find out it's canceled because you had a monthly premium. Which on the paperwork it says $0. It's terrible for a company to take advantage of people just to get commission or incentives from the government. I would not recommend this company. I am speaking on the behalf of my son. Also the customer service is rude.

Jessica Hurley has helped me for 2 years now. She is the absolute best, ALWAYS there to help get the best insurance possible for me and such a kind soul who cares about the customer!! Thankful I found her at Insurance Masters.

Terrible customer service and no one seems to know how to listen and comprehend what was just said to them. It’s unfortunate that GA must go through this awful company now instead of the healthcare.gov website. I can’t wait to never have to speak with any of these people again; unfortunately, I need dental and vision coverage so I must tolerate the incompetence a little longer. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but google makes you give at least 1.

My husband and I were trying to find health insurance that would be better than where my husband works. I have so many illnesses and need different doctors to treat me. We had someone from Insurance Masters office, to help sign people up for insurance, stop by our home. We listened and were impressed. They contacted us as to what we needed. With everything, we would have to pay something every month. No problem. I made my first payment and this is where it all fell apart. We got a letter from BCBS that our insurance was cancelled and our money returned. BCBS said that we were the ones that cancelled it. Why would we cancel the insurance! We contacted Insurance Masters and they were checking it out and tried to re-establish it to no avail. During all this time we talked with someone different each time, as well as the manager. They had no clue what to do. Here we are with no insurance! Then when they tried to get us insurance, the price went way up. We couldn't afford it. So we had to just take the free insurance, which doesn't cover enough and makes it cost more for prescriptions and doctor visits. I have had to do without necessary doctors and tests. Insurance Masters didn't help us at all. During talking with them, each person we talked with told us something different each time; what's covered, what they could do for us and finally no communication at all, like they gave up on us. We will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Do Not Use them to help you get what you need or for consistent communication. (Aiken, SC.)
