We are so glad that we visited June Lawson at Hutson-Etherredge after receiving our car insurance bill from our previous insurance carrier. The cost seemed exorbitant, and we decided to check out other prices online. However, online research became annoying (who enjoys giving away your email to get a quote?). Once we stepped in to talk to June, we felt better right away. She gave us her undivided attention, gave useful advice on what we needed or didn’t need for insurance, and was very professional. We were so pleased with the research quote she came back with us for us! She has saved us so much time and money. We also feel confident that we will continue to have good customer service with her in the future!

Lisa Staton did a wonderful job of interacting for me to energize our Insurance Adjusters that were reviewing our claims as a result of Hurricane Helene. Communication with our Insurance Company had completely stoped and we could not get a call back. Lisa encouraged them to act and they did! We are expecting a second payment soon.
