Absolute 5 star service! James knew what I needed before I even had the old shower cartridge out of the ziplock bag. Talk about knowledgeable! I only brought the top half with me so he sent me out with the long and the short version. Took the one I didn’t need back today and picked up the other one I needed to complete both shower and tub. They definitely have my business as long as I can fix things myself!

Wish I had discovered this gem earlier. As they state, they are set up for contractors, but will also serve the public. Things to note: yes, you do need an appointment to see the showroom. And I tell you, if you are looking for good quality items that the box stores don’t have, it is beyond worth it to make an appointment! As far as getting parts for plumbing, as many others stated, they will help the public and they are very knowledgeable. So if you bring in the parts that you need to get replaced, they will definitely know what you’re talking about and be able to assist you. And since they are not a big box store, please note that they have Monday through Friday hours, so if you can plan accordingly, it is worth the trip.

Had to make several different trips this week due to a leak in my kitchen sink. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what I needed. This is the perfect place for all your plumbing needs vs the big box stores.

I went in for a project at my house and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jodi was a huge help in selecting the parts I needed. I'll definitely be back for any plumbing needs!

Don’t answer their phone EVER! When you finally get an apt and order something you have to keep checking back because they don’t notify you it has arrived. Good produces but not good enough to put up with the rest of it.
