H&R Block

Do NOT come to this location. Had an appointment for 6:00 and at 7:00 we left without getting any assistance. Why even have appointments available if you cannot keep them. What made it worse is that there were people available in the office that could’ve helped us and we weren’t acknowledged, despite sitting in the waiting area for an hour. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

The service was professional no problems at all in and out in 30 minutes or less very satisfied with the service and the cost. Definitely be using them next year

The preparation phase offered online was easy and quick! I took pictures of documents and uploaded them through a secure sight. When completed, my HR Block adviser was able to finish my tax filings in an hour with results and tax return information. I will stay with HR Block! Very pleased!

Horrible experience two years in a row. If you use this location for your tax returns you better get that insurance guarantee also because they have messed ours up twice and we received letters stating they filed incorrectly and we have to pay them months later after the IRS catches their mistake. BEWARE WHEN USING H&R BLOCK N NORTH AUGUSTA!!!
