We have been coming here for 5 years and we have been working with John for the last 4 tax seasons. Even when we didn't live here, he was our tax guy! He's the kind of person that loved a last minute tax season challenge! He is always looking out for us and making sure with our rental property that we are claiming everything! Recently he had another customer that he ran into a problem that I had 2 tax seasons ago. Well he remembered that I had this problem and he wasn't able to fix it back then and has now since amended those taxes to reflect this new solution! He is amazing and we love working with him! My tax professional was extremely professional and understanding of my situation. She seemed like she cared a lot about making sure I receive the maximum refund that I am entitled to and she was also informed me of new tax changes that I wasn't aware of. Awesome service!

I was decently happy with the service that we had received here at the Grovetown H&R, but after having just received a letter from one of our state taxes (had to file multiple) saying they never received the amendment from the ORIGINAL mess up of our 'tax specialist', Leticia Taylor, I was pretty irate. So, we just went to the off-season office and found out, she never attempted to fax the papers that she told us she was going to, rather she printed up the address and paper-clipped an envelope to the papers, and stocked it away without sending. Putting both my husband and me at risk for tax and credit problems. I will never come here again, and I definitely do not recommend Leticia Taylor.
