April Willams is terrible. My husband has been calling and trying to finish his taxes. He works 2nd shift and he has explained that to them. Every time he calls it’s she can’t get to the phone or she’ll call back in the morning and she never does. She obviously can’t do what needs to be done. We will never come back to this specific office after his taxes are filed. Worst experience ever . Do not go here if you got a time limit and things to do during the day. Their time management is trash!!

I will not return to this office for tax prep. The preparer assigned to me did not know how to report a real estate sale. She insisted on using Sale of Home form even though there was no house on the property! I had to argue with her at length and then tell her how to properly report it as a long term capital gain. When I got home, I reviewed the tax forms and saw that a distribution was entered on the wrong line. When I called, she said she had no control over where the numbers go on the 1040, that the ‘system’ put it there. If that’s true, then the H and R Block software is unacceptable to me. I expected professional tax service that would provide a preparer that has knowledge of which forms to use and numbers reported on the correct lines of the tax form. That’s pretty basic. Cannot recommend on any level.
