Howard's Appliance Center

I wish I could give a zero for Doug and Howard's Appliance Center. Went there last Wednesday the 2nd and he was going to have me a stove ready that Friday the 4th . He called said we running behind due to Masters week, it will be Monday the 7th. Monday came, still no stove, today is Wednesday the 9th so I call to see if its ready and they are closed for Masters for the rest of the week. Very poor customer service so my business went else where and we will never be back as my Daddy did not have a working stove which I told Doug that while there, I need this stove asap! Chris Howard do better, Masters comes once a year, locals here all the time and we have bought plenty from you sir!

Have dealt with them several times. Simple and easy every time. There is a reason they have been in business since the 1960s. Doug is very knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend over the big stores anyday!

We had been looking for a new washer and dryer for weeks and Howard's was the 5th place that we visited. I didn't have any confidence about the washers and dryers that we saw at the other places, plus most of them either had low inventory or lousy sales people. Doug, our sales person at Howard's, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was really happy with the quality and price of the washer and dryer that we ended up purchasing...loved the modern look with the affordable price tag. We paid extra to have them delivered and installed, and also for them to haul our old ones off...it was worth every penny. Tyrell did a great job with the delivery and also ensuring the new units were functioning properly!

I had a great experience purchasing my new freezer from Howard's Appliance. My first, but definitely not last purchase from Howard's. The staff was great and my salesperson, Doug, was super friendly and helpful as well. They made me feel like family and the delivery was right on time and the entire process was very professional. If you're looking for new or used appliances, you will do well to check out Howard's Appliance on Broad Street in Augusta, GA. It's well worth the drive from anywhere in the CSRA.

Chris Howard repaired the freezer door on our refrigerator/freezer following the power outage caused by Helene. He was very thorough and courteous. His cost was very reasonable and I had no problem paying more than he asked because of the nature of the problem. He was a bright spot in the midst of a lot of negatives due to the storm.
