Josh L. Is the best ever!!! Not only is he a nice person, he very pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order!!! Josh is extremely knowledgeable. House Doctors of CSRA just finished work at our house. It is basic garage shelves, but the quality of the craftsmanship is more than just handyman work! Mark came to take pictures and provided an estimate, which I received within a few days. The price was fair for the type of work and duration and material to be used. The team came in early and finished within half a day. Although simple (but this is all we wanted) the quality of the finished product is awesome! Thank you!

I had a great experience with House Doctors. Carmelo and Quentin did an excellent job on my door. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my home repair needs.

Very poor communication. Tried several times to get them to come out to give an estimate for a new window. Website says they offer window repair. Called and they said they do window repair. They came and measured for a new window and gave an estimate. Tried several times to schedule the replacement. They missed appointments without calling us (even with the weather, work could have been done or at least should call and let us know you are not coming, but appointments were missed even with good weather). The guy finally came out after SEVERAL missed appointments. He had no window. He did not do any work. He asked if WE had anything like a tarp to cover the window since it would take a day or two. He asked us if we knew how this would work (I wanted to ask if him if HE knew how this is supposed to work.) The guy left and said he'd be back Monday to do the job. He never came back, and never called to follow-up on this job. Just tell us you can't do it next time and save us all the trouble. At least show up for your appointments. 0 stars, do not recommend.

House Doctors team Carmello and Quinten did a outstanding job setting up three new wood columns on the front and back porches of the house. I'm also planning to call them back for my scond project.
