We found about Holland through a friend at church and by following their projects on Facebook. In the midst of the lack of available contractors in the Augusta area following the impact of Hurricane Helene, they came out within a few days to evaluate pir property damage. After providing realistic timelines for beginning the repairs, they started work. Josh and John made sure to speak with me in the morning before starting the day to ensure my wife and I were up to date with what would be on the schedule for that day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and made sure we knew what was coming for the next day. Anytime we asked for revisions, pointed out concerns, or asked general questions, their team was more than accommodating. We felt respected throughout the entire process. If they identified something of concern, they brought it to our attention and asked what our thoughts were to make sure work wasn't done twice. The repairs were done in a timely manner with only one short delay due to weather that is not in anyone's control. To say that the Holland Team is professional would undersell them and not give them the credit they deserve. Josh and John treated their staff with respect, didn't talk down to them, encouraged and helped with questions on items and trades where necessary, and were both actively involved in the repairs. They not only ran the project, they got involved and swung hammers too. The Holland Team has tremendous integrity and honesty and I would recommend them to anyone to handle their project.

Excellent experience with Holland Home Improvement. Daniel came to my house to replace our back doors and the frame. Excellent attention to detail with fit and finish, and ensured I approved the work before he departed. He also did a good job cleaning up the work area. I will be contacting them the next time I need something done.

We decided it was time for a new back deck. The one we had was original to the house, pretty small and uncovered. We replaced boards as they would rot but the time had come for a new deck. We got several estimates, one being from Holland. Their office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly scheduled an appointment for us to meet. One of the owners was on time for the appointment, listened to what we wanted and gave his own advice. The estimate was to us within a few days. We went with Holland. Due to storm recovery efforts we had to wait several weeks. That was totally understandable. They were actually able to start our project a week earlier than anticipated. The team was on time to start the job. They walked me through the plans and confirmed everything before the work began. There was a team of at least six people on our job. They had the old deck torn out and started setting posts for the new deck within an hour or so. They were able to complete the whole project in three and one half days. We now have a beautiful covered back deck that is double the size we previously had. There was one small issue after the project was completed. We made a call to the office and someone was out on a Saturday morning to address the problem. We are exceedingly pleased an d have been enjoying their work since March. I rarely give five stars in reviews, but this company has earned each of those stars. Every aspect of this project exceeded our expectations. I wil not hesitate to call them in the future with any of my home improvement needs.

We recommend Holland Home Improvement, the team completed the work quickly, cleaned up everything, was very friendly, efficient and showed great respect to us and our property! The hurricane left a lot of damage but JP his brother Jason and team repaired all the damage both front and inside and it looks better than it did before!
