Hitchcock Square

I moved my mother to Hitchcock Square a year ago from another facility and her transformation has been incredible. She loves being there and is thriving. While at the other facility she had one illness after another yet since being at Hitchcock her health has greatly improved. I am so grateful to the staff and management for the wonderful care they provide for her.

I cannot truly express the appreciation and gratitude for Samantha Peel for her professionalism and compassion. I needed an immediate placement for a parent, and her and Easter were kind, patient, and worked swiftly to help. Hitchcock Square is a WONDERFUL community.

Hitchcock is an amazing facility, from the inside out is exceptional.

Please if you love your loved ones do not place them in this facility. Staff makes fun of residents. Appears that activities are done to entertain the people that work there. They tend to be quick to point out what the residents rights are when questioned about the level of care you are paying for. Director likes to talk over you when discussing issues... Questions never answered... Facility needs updating.. Meals pretty bad.. my dad was served brown lettuce that clearly should not have been served to anyone! There are a few ladies that work there that are helpful and very caring and work very hard, But the attitude you get is "its just a job". I realize that there is no perfect place but this facility is all about $$ and not the residents.

I can't say enough positive about the facility or the people working there. The staff were all very caring. Our family experience with my Mothers Assisted Living care was top notch. I highly recommend Hitchcock Place.
