Hilton Garden Inn Augusta

While I never personally stayed here before, I think this place is pretty good. it's good to stop here on your halfway point towards Atlanta. I do have a question regarding your stairwells! Are they labeled as 1/2, west/east, north/south, or A/B? This is because we need to be aware of what side we're in the hotel in case if a fire occurs!

We stayed here on 5/28. Everyone was super nice! I had lost my necklace but didn’t let the front desk know. I was just about to leave town when Heather at the front desk called to let me know if I had left a necklace. Thank you Ms. G (as she is known by staff) for finding my necklace and bringing it down right away. It made my day!! Thank you to Heather for calling me as soon as she found. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mrs. Mona — A True Daughter of God “Dad”! Review: From the moment I stepped into the Hilton Garden Inn, I didn’t even have a room booked, yet Mrs. Mona treated me like royalty. I had just come from a disappointing stay at a nearby hotel, and needed a place to sit while the Tesla charged. Not only did she welcome me in, she offered a place to relax, smiled warmly, and treated me with compassion and care — true hospitality, the way God intended. Little back story…… She remembered me from the previous day because one asked if i could use the restroom because the car was charging. But to get back on track… She made sure I was comfortable, even offering me options where I could enjoy my Amys organic mac n cheese while waiting. I wasn’t even a guest yet, but she served me better than many hotels ever have…cough DO NOT stay at the Hampton Inn down the street…oops did i type that 🤷‍♀️ Mrs Mona, if you’re reading this: you are a shining light. God sees you. Thank you for your love and kindness. You’ve earned not only a 5-star review, but a lifelong guest. Next time I’m in town — I’m staying with YOU and your team here at Hilton Garden Inn. Never again! When pulling up it's in a shady area. There was a couple directly in front of the lobby area arguing and about to fight. While the staff was nice. The sheets were dirty and the shower water was cold. The whole scene was so off putting we cut our trip short and left early. When we told them why we were leaving early, they promised us a discount for our troubles. To this date we have not received said discount. Do not stay at this hotel. Again shady area, which leads directly to a highly busy intersection with more shady characters walkign around on foot.

We came after our booking at another place was given away. Room very nice, clean. Staff very friendly. Be aware, no breakfast included. Recent discontinuation of that amenity. There is a restaurant on site for meals.
