There is NO WHERE TO PARK.4 bedrooms one car garage.3 drivers in the family.AND THEY ARE THREATING FINES BECAUSE WE HAVE TO PARK ON THE STEEET.THEY DO NOT OWN THE STREET.MY TAXES PAY FoR THE STREET IM GOING TO PArK THERE.YOU HAVE NO PARKING.THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.thevairconditioner broke the first year,no drainge in the back yard mold growing everywhere.the 4 bedrooms do not cool on the upper floor and you freeze downstairs. No insulation.hw do you sell 4 bedrooms and assume there will be only 2 cars. Where are the other residents supposed to park. You do not maintain the streets.myvtax dollars do. I will be parking on the street. I will encourage no one to purchase here.One more thing no water pressure at all. You can't even rinse the back of the tub its so weak.lawn service spreads fungus and destroy your lawn,the people at the pool are so rude the kids won't even go.
