This review comes with the added stresses of the weekend before Christmas. The store was busy and obviously understaffed. However, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and paid excellent attention to each customer, which meant longer wait times. The selection of shoes was limited, but the young lady at the counter quickly offered to search for desired merchandise at nearby stores. Overall, it was a good experience, and a similar item to the item I wanted was available.

I am really disappointed in Hibbett. I spent a lot of money there. I went to Hibbetts in Batesburg Leesville, South Carolina, and they flow manager deny me a return. I’m very disappointed.

The staff was very attentive to patrons in store. My son asked for staff to get a shoe for him, we continued to look for other items as we waited for the shoe. The staff never returned with the shoe. We decided to purchase the 1 items we have already picked out. As we go to checkout the cashier asked how did the shoe fit and I let her know the shoe was never brought over to him. She then points to a shoe on the counter and says there it is. This store lacks customer service that I’m accustomed to. This was my first and last time shopping at Hibbett. Gotta do better!!! As consumers we have options in where we spend our money. Customer service matters!!!

It was a sign up for jeans 59.99 when I got to the register they said it was a fine print in very little letters on the sign that said select. I could see if it was a whole bunch of different types of jeans but it was only three types of that jean. C'mon this is why people go to the big retailer stores instead of small stores like this that boost up prices to try to make up for no business. Learn some business etiquette.
