My hair was at the middle of my back and began shedding extremely bad after an extended illness and a change of medication. I was using a lint brush to get the hair off of my clothes and ended up getting it cut to my shoulders. It was very thin. I contacted Amber and she told me about her products and sent me a sample. My hair dresser gave me a protein treatment as well. My hair is growing back longer and I feel great. I will be ordering her products to use. That was nice of her to send me three samples to try.
