This is my 3rd time at Healthy Fleece Salon. Each time was l was completely satisfied. The salon is clean, and private. With that being said Susan gave me her undivided attention on each visit .She is devoted, passionate and EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable about hair. She is confident and kind.The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. She gave me her undivided attention, along with a great sense of humor. Susan is a good listener. She was always on time and I never had to wait for her to arrive. She was never on her cell phone or physically talking to other poeple during my appointments. I never felt rushed. She patiently took her time on my hair.She trimmed the ends on my hair and I receive 2 strand twists on 2 occasion.Beautiful 💕. Susan educated me on my hair and offered great advice. She always told what was doing and explained what each product was for. She is very gentle and made sure I was aware of each step. The hair products are "top of the line" She simply asked me what l wanted and my goals pertaining to my hair.She never ASSUMED she knew what was best for me. She treated me with the utmost RESPECT.
