Hap Greenway: Allstate Insurance

After 37 years, I will be moving from PA to SC. My brother has his insurance needs with Hap Greenway (Allstate) and highly recommended them. I contacted their office and had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy on three separate occasions. Auto insurance coverages and mandates differ greatly in SC compared to PA. Each time I spoke with Tammy with questions, she was friendly and offered me good advice on coverages for both my car and mobile home insurance. She promptly emailed me all the quotes I needed. After being with another carrier since 1987, it was somewhat scary having to start the process all over of getting auto insurance. Tammy made the process so easy. I am now at ease. Thank you Tammy!! Have not been to the new office but most of the familiar faces seem to have made the move. They have always been very friendly and helpful with anything I’ve needed. Even convinced my Mom, who was a life long State Farm person, to swap over and she saved almost half of what she was paying. Now she’s thrilled !!!

Beware this branch for All-State insurance company will raise your insurance 2 times within 7 months. January 24 2024 My insurance went up $30 August 23 2024 my insurance payment was $25 dollars more W.T.F !!! Very dissatisfied with this price gouging scheme every 6 months . I been with this insurance company for 4 years & this present year my insurance was raised 2 times in 6 months for nothing less than corporate greed. I'm already looking for another insurance company. 8-23- 2024

Everyone is so kind and friendly. They feel like family. I have been a customer for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my insurance needs all because of Hap, Angie and Rod. By far the nicest people I have ever conducted business with and I feel valued as a customer.
