H & S Transfer Company

From beginning to end, Scott and his team made moving my 92 year old mom out of her home of 30+ years an extremely positive experience.Questions were answered promptly and communication was excellent through out the entire process. Everyone was friendly, polite, kind, and caring.They used care when moving all of the items and there was not one problem. When we arrived at Mom’s new destination, she was a bit distraught and Bo, one of the movers, took the time to sit with her on her new front porch to listen and offer words of comfort. The final cost actually came in a little UNDER the estimate. I HIGHLY recommend this company and it’s group of friendly, professional movers.

H&S moving company moved our 4200 square foot one story house to a two story house. Scott came and was very responsive— offering the least expensive option first, which I was very appreciative of. When I said, “I don’t want to life a finger,” his team of movers spent days packing my house, loading boxes, and securing my valuables. They were able to move me better, faster, and safer than if I had moved myself. I often hear people saying they think that hiring movers doesn’t seem worth it. After my experience with H&S, I completely beg to differ. Moving is stressful and painful. Scott and his team took that off my plate and made the transition smooth.

We just moved today and could not be more impressed with the care and speed we observed with H & S Transfer. Scott came out quickly to give us an estimate and managed to work us into their very busy summer schedule. Everyone took great care of our belongings and respected our home. We highly recommend this company.

We have been fortunate to have had H&S Transfer move us twice for in-town moves. They were prompt, courteous, professional and funny! Their team always made what is normally a stressful event, very easy. They moved us in a timely manner and were extremely thorough, never complaining when I couldn’t make up my mind where furniture was going to be placed. I would hands-down hire H&S again should we ever relocate!

Beware!!! Starts off good ends Horrible after you get your belongings out of storage. We paid a lot of money for this company to move and store our belongs. The Movers are respectful and hard working. But Make sure you read your contract for claims. Because we had a whole large iron patio table come up missing .seats eight. I was sick and grieving a Child. So I should have seen on the moving slip where is wasn't detailed in size. it just said patio tables that can be end table etc... But The Manage Scott told us we had a year to put our claim in. Our claim just got bumped from the President Kenneth M. Heyman . stating we had 60 days. And Scott was not very sympathetic on the phone because he was the one who keep stating we had up to a year. We have it in text between my Husband and him. It would have been nice to just get a I am sorry i stated the wrong time line. I don't think they will let me do anything at this point. Karma is something else. When were in the Military you had more than 60 Days. Just Beware!! Mrs .Britt
