DO NOT use them when you’re buying a house!! It was our WORST MISTAKE when buying our first house!!

Singlehandedly the WORST company to do a VA loan through. You’ll get absolutely screwed seven ways to Sunday if you’re active duty too. Military screws up your pay (like they tend to do)? Doesn’t offer any sort of partial payment or help until it’s in 61+ days of delinquency. God forbid you try to be proactive and get assistance before its delinquent. Avoid like the plague.

I would like to thank Mrs. Kerry and the Guild Mortgage company team for their superb customer service. Guild Mortgage company continued to work with me even though this was a 1 year journey before closing on June14, 2021 Great customer service!!! Thank you Mrs. Kerry and the Guild Mortgage team for all you all did for me during this season in my life, by way of encouragement and your professionalism , I can't pay you for all you did, but I know GOD will. Should be negative stars. I'm currently being harassed by Grant Hadden with guild mortgage. I've asked multiple times to not be contacted and he won't leave me alone. He dropped the ball on my application process and someone else actually reached back out faster with information and numbers and pre approval without what he's asking for. I no longer need or want the loan and I've also asked him multiple times to not contact me. He's currently messaging me as I write this after being asked 3 times not to contact me. He made a mistake with my process and he's just covering himself at this point

If I could give them ZERO stars I definitely would!! Avoid this company! They are the absolute worst! All they do is waste people’s time, money and resources!
