Guardian Angels Care, LLC

Guardian Angels Care LLC had staffing issues, owner rude, got double charged and never credited back even though they stated they did, ended services in March and still do not have refund of deposit. Told me numerous times would send me information and never did. It's July and still no refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Georgia's Adult Protective Services provided the name of this company based on Guardian Angels' awesome presentation of their services. After speaking directly with the owner, Ms. Troshia Anderson, I was convinced I found the right company and services needed for my friend. From Day One, Guardian Angels Owner, Management and Care Giving Staff, provided the services requested in a proficient, professional and timely manner. Ms. Anderson herself is available, and if she isn't, one of her Managers are quick to respond, all without me having to place numerous phone calls, how refreshing and most appreciated. This is what Customer Service truly should look like🤗. Guardian Angels Care Giving Aides perform the duties requested so my friend, their Client, is most pleased and I'm finally relieved that we have a company onboard providing the services they tout which is above par because Ms. Anderson's background reflects she started as a Care Giver and saw the need to provide trusted and proficient services to all. Having that background means Ms. Anderson understands and recognizes what's required for all Clients which ensures her company will succeed. I highly recommend Guardian Angels Care, LLC👍🏻

Guardian Angels has been taking care of my brother for almost 3 months. They treat him like a family member and take great care of him. If you need in home care for a loved one, give them a call.
