Gretchen's Hallmark Shop

I just had to leave this review for the service I received today in the Hallmark store in Augusta, GA. I normally have good service at this location but today's visit was exceptional. Makalah was the young attendant that helped me. The store was in a bit a disarray due to them switching out their seasonal merchandise. Makalah was friendly, attentive, and she graciously helped me locate the items I couldn't find (as the store was a bit out of order). She was especially helpful during checkout and she made sure I got all the discounts that I was eligible for. Such a pleasant young lady.

Great products, nice vibe, helpful staff. I've returned several times since I moved here! PLEASE SELL POSTAGE STAMPS!

2024-09: Recently went in here just to puruse various things. The lady working was extremely pleasant and helpful. The store itself was clean and well-stocked. And they still have a wonderful selection of holiday ornaments, obviously.

The cutest little place I’ve ever seen. I love this store everyday of the year. Always clean and just beautiful.

This store and its staff are wonderful. I searched for my favorite roll on parfum could not find it anywhere in town. This store carries Inis but was out of the roll on so they had one shipped from a sister store in Savannah arrived as expected in 2 days no extra cost. They called me when it arrived. Super service! People are very friendly and helpful. Will return and recommend to friends; great shop.
