Greenbrier Family Dental

Dr. Scott and the staff are exceptional! We had been going to him since his practice first opened and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we have a dental insurance company that doesn't want to pay what the average insurance company pays, so he no longer accepts our insurance. Completely understanding! We tried a couple of other dentists in the area, but were not happy. We returned to Dr. Scott and the Greenbrier staff and won't be leaving again! We will just pay what the insurance doesn't cover. His has many years experience, knows what he is doing, and we have complete faith in him. We highly recommend you try Greenbrier Family Dental!

Five Stars - Greenbrier Family Dental is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The office itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. The front office staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. Adam Scott is an exceptional dentist! He is attentive, gentle, and clearly explained everything about my procedure. He took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Lisa, the dental hygienist, was equally fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and made the usually dreaded cleaning a breeze! Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Greenbrier Family Dental truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire team, from the front desk to the dentist chair, is top-notch. If you're looking for a great, professional, and caring dental experience, I highly recommend Greenbrier Family Dental! You won't be disappointed!

I love Dr Scott and his staff. We have gone to him for years and he has always taken such great care of my family, even coming in after hours on several occasions for dental emergencies. I am extremely particular about my dental care and I have no desire to go elsewhere. I am so perplexed by some of the negative reviews on here because they do not align with the people I know and the care we have always received. I would recommend Dr Scott to anyone without reservations.

Adam Scott is a good dentist. My main issue with him is how he is known to treat his patients. I had an experience with him where he asked me about my job, and then he proceeded to talk negatively about me/ the people who work in my field. He made these kinds of comments a few times, so I left Greenbrier Family Dental. It’s just unprofessional to have my dentist to talk crap about my profession while he’s checking my teeth for cavities. Today, one of my friends told me about an experience she had with Adam Scott where he talked down to her, and told her to “grow up” in reference to a dental/financial issue she was having. Frankly, it doesn’t surprise me knowing him. I do not have this problem with my current dentist or with any of the other dentists I’ve had in my life. Please, Dr. Scott, treat your patients with more respect.

I love Dr. Adam Scott and his staff! Lisa the hygienist was fantastic and the front desk ladies were welcoming. Everyone made me feel like family and were super accommodating.
