Such an amazing experience all around. Once we decided what play set would best fit our family’s needs we placed the order and it was here before we knew it. The gentleman that installed the play set did such an amazing job and was in and out before we knew it. This play set feels sturdy and safe and I know it will be in our family for many years to come. We are so grateful for our Great Outdoors experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful play set.

We love our new play set. The installation was pretty easy. They communicated well when they were coming to install and the kids have enjoyed it immensely.

Sales staff (Tara) was amazing. She knew exactly what we were looking for. She even had a few suggestions to enhance our kids experience. Delivery and setup were timely and executed professionally. Play set materials were commercial grade. The whole experience exceeded expectations.

Sale process was great but then I didn't hear anything from the company despite several emails and a call to them for over a week until I said I wanted to cancel my order. After that I was told when to expect my appointment and set up times and they were spot on. The work went quickly and the playset is amazing. Highly recommend but be careful of who you are actually dealing with. Tara and the build team are wonderful.
