Terrible haircut. Asked for a fade and to texture the top. The lady said so like a one implying that the fade would start at a one. She decided it would be a good idea to do a 1 all around my head and made it look ridiculous. She also loves to cut way to high up on the sides to the point where you almost have a Mohawk. Absolutely ridiculous should have no place in any sort of salon. Didn’t realize how bad until I got home makes no sense why you would cut hair like this.

Went to check in on line, at around 5:20pm. The site said the list was at capacity, to check back later. At some stores, people sign in and don't show, and walkins can get in sooner. So, I pulled in to check. It was 5:37p. When I walked in, one name was on the list, and no one was in chairs. The lady asked if I was her check in. I said no, that it wouldn't let me. She said they weren't taking walk-ins, because they close in almost 20.minites. Hmm. There are some good folks working here, but there are a couple that continue to run business off. Sports clips, here I come. 😉

I’ve been a loyal client of great clips at 1069 Edgefield Rd for over 6-8 years. I take my son for haircuts there due to the location being conveniently close to my house. I’ve always had great stylists for my son and never once had a bad experience, even on cuts that I’d consider “not the best.” However, on Tuesday the 14th I took my son as he desperately needed a haircut, with awards day coming up this Monday. It was about 5:30 when we arrived and I had checked in online. Got my son in the chair right away. The cut he received was absolutely horrendous. I didn’t notice how bad it was until we got home. I’ve never seen the stylist who cut his hair there before, and I didn’t catch her name. I’m very disappointed with the experience because she did take a good 15-20 minutes to do a boys cut. Had I not had to work the following 3 days, I would have taken him back and asked one of the other lovely ladies, whom know my son and I, to fix it up. Anyways, I hate this happened but the stylist he had on Tuesday was obviously careless and not paying attention to any detail. It the “fade” on the right side of his head literally had his classmates picking on him the next day

I took a picture of both the front and back of the hair style I wanted. I left almost in tears. It was nothing like I wanted it to be. Going to have to start all over again and let it grow back out.

Did a great job. Was quick, friendly & although busy did not let it diminish my time in the chair.
