Great Clips

I wasn't impressed with the service at all. I usually get a haircut once a week and decided to try out this place. Bad Idea! Long wait time with an inefficient check-in option that left me waiting +30 minutes to get haircut. I asked for an inch off the top and a 1 on the sides, but was completely ignored, as apparent in the photo. This is a reflection of Great Clips as company. Hairdressers at Great Clips often find themselves trapped in a cycle of precarious employment. They endure long hours, demanding clients, and low wages. The very essence of their labor is undervalued, as the salon prioritizes profit over the well-being of its employees. This system not only suppresses the creative potential of hairdressers but also perpetuates inequality and class divisions. The suffocating forces of capitalism is why these hairdressers lack the creative drive to develop basic haircutting skills. Profit over People. From a blue collar, veteran's perspective, the exploitation of hairdressers at Great Clips underscores the need for a collective, egalitarian approach. In conclusion, the exploitation of hairdressers at Great Clips not only raises concerns about workers' rights but also highlights their disservice to middle American customers trying to save a buck. 18 dollars... I don't even know why I came here. AVOID THIS PLACE.

i’ve been here multiple times hoping to get a good haircut, idk why i bother coming back. most recently i was here and my stylist gave me hopes that her cut would be good. by far the worst haircut ive ever had(not exaggerating) ive been let down every time ive come here. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A GOOD HAIRCUT

Unpleasant, to say the least. Was fortunate enough to get a stylist that had zero personality, and even less ability to cut my sons hair. Overall it was terrible, we wont be going back.

We always have the best experience with Rhonda at the Riverwood location! She is great with kids and always does our son’s haircut so well! We go to her for his hair every few weeks & we hope she never leaves! Our almost 8 year old loves getting his hair cut by her and we always have lots of laughs. Thank you for always giving us a positive experience Rhonda!

Just walked in and was seen in less than 30 minutes. The staff was smiling. They say hello to everyone. My hairstylist was very attentive to what I needed and did what I asked her to do. She made suggestions and was very kind.
