I love this Goodyear . This is the only place I take my car ! I have been coming here for years . Today I went because I had to get a new tire .. and I was on the way out of town . I was frustrated to the max .( Tee A )helped me resolve the problem and I got a good deal . Left in a better mood . I was not there long at all! Please come to this good year ! You would not regret it! Everyone is nice and the customers service is perfect.

Mr. Anderson helped me when I have a huge hole and a nail in my tire. What I thought would be an easy plug ended up with me having to replace the tire. Mr. Anderson made the process seamless. He and his team were efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. They have once again ensured that our family will continue to come back to this Goodyear location. Thank you Tee!!

Went in for two new tires and an alignment. I had an accident in this vehicle a year ago and just had the front drivers side suspension replaced. I needed the alignment and two new front tires. The car was pulling hard to the right. I set up the appointment online because my brother had recommended them and they were only two miles away. I came in and explained the situation and asked them to grease the new suspension that had been replaced and two new tires in the front. I ended up getting an oil change also since my oil was very low. They said the passenger side suspension would also need to be replaced, which I already knew, I just needed it to pass inspection for a rebuilt title. They said my breaks would need to be replaced soon due to rust. I sat for almost 2 and a half hours before it was finally done. I ended up getting the 3 year alignment so after I fixed the other side I could bring it back for another alignment. I spent $680 for everything and was given back my key. Driving back up the street the car was still pulling to the right and it started to wobble, badly. I called them right back and they told me to come back in. I show up, they take my car and pull it back in. About 45 minutes later, the guy comes back to tell me it's now my breaks freezing up. I could have sworn you just said they were fine for now. He then proceeded to tell me that it's unsafe to drive and he's afraid it'll catch fire. He refused to give me back my key until I got my brother on the phone to demand he put it back together and give me back my car. He then told them it had nothing to do with the breaks and they were trying to take advantage of me. So they screwed up my car somehow and were trying to make it my fault by asking if I took it on the highway. No sir, just two miles up the road. Absolutely shameful to try to take advantage of customers after just spending that kind of money. Just to have their vehicle in worse condition than before bringing it in. Horrible people!!!...

When I first came in I was greeted by the staff. T assisted me with the removal of something hanging underneath my car and my entire experience was so helpful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again T and additional staff. You guys are awesome!

They were absolutely wonderful!Tee and Gravin were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to quickly replace a tire to prior to an Atlanta road-trip. They were efficient and professional. I highly recommend this Goodyear on Washington Road and will certainly use them again.
