Last minute shortly before closing had an issue with my brakes on my f150. Will and the staff at Goodyear came through for me and got me back on the road before closing. Fair price and excellent customer service. High recommend this place.

Simple oil change with an appointment. 2hrs and 30 mins because they had to buy the oil and filter from a 3rd party and the mgr can’t reconcile the paperwork. Nice guy but never again. I will stick to off the menu items only going forward. Maybe I’m special having a diesel truck that Goodyear doesn’t stock the right oil for but something as simple as this should not take even 5 mins.

Although I had a great experience with the crew. I was cheated out of almost $500 JUST for brakes! No oil change tire rotation with the replacement of the roaters and calipers JUST THE BRAKES.

Refused service on my stock Ford pick up truck. Said it was too big and heavy. The same truck was serviced there last time.

These guys rectified a very unpleasant experience I had with the folks across the street at Discount Tire, who told me that my slow-leaking tire was too damaged to repair, and on top of that tried to sell me a whole new set of tires. Goodyear's staff was friendly and had me in and out in under a half an hour. Turned out that my tire was fine (no puncture or slash, just a valve stem issue) and actually COULD be repaired, and they told me that I still have a few miles to get out of my existing tires. This is the kind of service and honesty that develops lifelong customers. Don't be fooled by the bright lights, clean floors, and Madonna headsets on the employees at Discount Tire - the guys over at Goodyear are the real deal.
