WORST GOODWILL IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Way overpriced!!!!!!!! My child and I were browsing through the toys and he was touching and holding a few toys picking out which toy he wanted me to buy.we were RUDLY approached by a worker that my child is not allowed to touch toys. She could have told me kindly and I would have no problem. But she was SOOOOO rude!!! My child was not running or yelling or throwing toys. He was just touching them as I stood right next to him. I had planned on buying several toys for him once he picked what he wanted. My family and I will never be back. THOSE TOYS ARE DONATED YALL GET THEM FOR FREE!!

This is the worst goodwill I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve thrifted for over a decade across multiple states. Not only do they mark their prices up more than any goodwill I have ever seen. They also have an issue with children playing with a toy that was donated to them for FREE while their parent browses. The worker confronted the toddler telling them to not touch the toys they’re not allowed to touch them. I then asked her why was that and that they must be the only Goodwill on the planet that doesn’t allow a child to touch a toy. A donated, FREE toy. Then which she caught an attitude and thought she would get loud with me. I’ll never give them a penny of my money. Go down the road to Salvation Army or locally owned thrift stores instead.

The staff management is so rude and unprofessional. What’s the difference between a small gym bag and an enlarged pocketbook. Gym bags must be left behind counter so should women purse don’t discriminate

My complaints about this Goodwill stores. They don’t provide any kind of goodwill. They sell used shirts for 725 special shirts for 1295. They have a specific colors each week and surprisingly nothing on the floor. Is that color? Their prices are outrageous. They are nothing like Salvation Army, which is an excellent place to shop reasonable prices. It’s ridiculous what they asked for in pricing their merchandise. Avoid this store and all Goodwill shops.

I need to know a phone number to speak with someone who is in charge of employment. Specifically a customer complaint for an employee at the North Augusta location. I have called this phone number morning noon and night and can never get anyone to answer. I see it is the same repetitive replies to everyone who has a complaint, which seems to be quite a few. It also seems that nothing is being done about it. I spend a lot of money at all of the Goodwills in the CSRA especially the North Augusta location. They will never get another dime from me. I cannot believe the way that I was treated by an employee who I have seen treat numerous customers badly. If I was her boss she would be fired on the spot and I would make it my sole mission that she never gets a job dealing with any customers ever again. I don't even think she deserves a job digging ditches alone in the third world country. This review is step one and I will go to whatever step I need to go to to make sure the proper measures are taken. Once again I need a phone number so I can speak to someone who is professional and cares about how the Goodwill stores are ran.
