Gold's Gym

Gold’s Gym in Augusta blew me away — it’s easily the nicest gym I’ve ever been to. The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and packed with top-tier equipment. The sauna, steam room, and large showers give it a luxury feel that sets it apart. The music keeps the energy up, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re serious about training or just want a great environment to work out, this gym delivers.

The owner sets the tone for this place! He is such a humble service oriented man with great faith! And you can see all the hard work him and his team put into the gym. By far-this is my favorite gym I have ever gone to. Best equipment, sauna, steam room, massage beds and much more. Plus his stock is top notch for energy, protein snacks and apparel!

Owner/manager Ken is truly exceptional—constantly keeping the equipment in tip-top shape and continually adding new equipment to keep things fresh and exciting. The cleaning staff here, including Lee Ann, deserves a special shout-out. They keep the gym impeccably clean, ensuring that the environment is always welcoming and sanitary. Tracy, who works at the desk, is another standout team member, always ready to assist with a smile. Plus, the fact that Gold’s Gym is open 24/7 is a game-changer, accommodating all kinds of schedules. With New Year's around the corner and resolutions in full swing, I can't recommend Gold’s Gym enough. It's the perfect place to kickstart your fitness journey and achieve those goals. Five stars all the way!

Im visiting from California to spend the next two weeks with my parents in Evans, GA, and the first thing on my agenda was to find a gym. As a Gold’s Gym member back home, I decided to check out the Gold’s Gym in Evans. My first impression? Simply outstanding. A professional and welcoming team—led by a delightful lady and gentleman (whom I believe is the owner)—registered me into the system in under five minutes, all with warm smiles. The gym itself is exceptional: the machines are well-maintained, operate flawlessly, and the entire facility is clean, organized, and inviting. To my surprise, there were machines and equipment here that I haven’t seen at other Gold’s Gym locations. I only wish the Gold’s Gyms in California were this impressive.

Called to ask questions about amenities available and the guy answering the phone copped an attitude at me and sarcastically mocked me for asking a question. Hard pass on this place. If that's how you talk to a potential member, I don't care to see how you'd treat me once you have my money and have me locked in to a membership. Will absolutely be looking elsewhere.
