Goldman's True Value

This place is got a little bit of everything. I could not believe the selection. Thank goodness I don’t have to go all the way back into Aiken to get most anything you need at a hardware store.

I went all over Aiken to find a bolt for an Amazon part I ordered and nobody had it but them! Not auto stores or hardware stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Found exactly what I needed in less than 5 min! Prices are very fair also!

I am always a fan of local shopping and generally shop Goldman's FIRST. Today I sent my handy folks to get some supplies, wood screws and braces for the deck. The assistance they got was pitiful and the quality of the wood was worse. Get your act together folks, or I'll be shopping in Edge field for my supplies.

My husband & I went to this establishment today. We were invisible, no one greeted us. But we noticed, the people after us got a warm welcome. We felt out of place & the staff wasn’t friendly, or helpful at all. We waited like 30 mins. after we were told someone would help us load the products we needed, onto our truck. We were ignored once again, to the point we had to ask for a refund. Service was horrible, it made us feel like our money wasn’t good enough. I thought this was a Christian business, I felt we were ignored because of the color of our skin. I say this because the white people in the store, were the only ones who got good service. Very disappointed that discrimination is still going on around us.

I was calling around places looking for play sand for our school at Mead Hall. I was very busy this summer, with summer projects at the school and ordered late in the season. I called everywhere looking for it. I called Goldman true value spoke to a woman named Mary and also Bre. They went above, and beyond what I could ask for any business to pull me out of this predicament that was in I needed the sand basically in three days. And they pulled it off for me. Had it delivered to the school, the delivery driver parked the sand as close to the sandbox as possible. Mind you this was three full pallets. I can’t say enough good things This business and the two ladies that help me. I will be sure to return each year when it comes time to refill the sandbox. Thank you so much for coming in and saving me
