My wife's father died in 2018, they fought for the meager payout & didn't receive it until 2021. Now in 2024 Liberty Mutual sent tax documentation with the completely wrong name on it & are refusing to fix it, this company has caused nothing but grief & won't allow my wife & her brother to grieve over the death of their father. No one on the phone has been any help, saying they have records of every call or attempt on our part to communicate, but they can't access any documentation. Save your money & invest in a living trust, this company does not care about you or the grief losing someone causes, they simply want your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They keep coming to our building and tried to look in our building when we informed them that we were not available to talk. Anyah Roberson needs to go through additional training on business etiquette.
