Been all over the CSRA looking for the perfect truck. The sales person James Grooms did an amazing job finding the right truck for me and an even better job discounting and giving me alot more for my trade even after being told from numerous other dealerships that my trade was worth half of what Lincoln gave me. Outstanding service very down to earth and worked like crazy to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Please go see them. The store is being remodeled and they are working out of the white buildings to the right so don't be scared to go check them out. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Shootout to the finance manager also for making it happen yall truly took the weight off my shoulder.

The rest of this 5-star review is specifically based off the interaction I had with one incredible salesperson. Yesterday, after being completely overwhelmed with the car buying experience, I reached out to Anthony S. at the recommendation of a friend. I was completely blown away by his dedication, honesty, and integrity. He spent 20 minutes discussing with me my likes and dislikes, budget, etc. He was so attentive and patient as my anxiety brain tried to rattle off the best answers I could think of in the process. We have an appointment this evening to look at a few cars he sent and I’m confident we’ll purchase from him, even if we don’t make the purchase today. If you’re looking for a car, reach out to him specifically. You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me. May I add, I wanted a specific vehicle that they didn’t have on the lot, Anthony really put in the extra work to find me the perfect vehicle.
