Went today with my 9 year old and he grabbed a game marked $19.99. When we got to the register it rang up $75. So we went back and got the used version. It was marked 18.99 and rang up $53. All the sales guys could say was uhhh they labeled it wrong. Then tried to talk my 9 year old into still spending the money. Forget this place. Will never spend another dollar at game stop.

Went there with my son to buy Black Ops 6. And the new was labeled $19 and rang up for $75. And then we grabbed the used one for $18 and it rang up for $49. All we got was a sorry man. Kinda BS you don’t stand behind your labeling for pricing. Really disappointed with them. Guess it’s online only now.

CK and the New manager are pretty dope! They held a collectible figure for me for 2 weeks!! Which was sweet bcus this fig means something to me man 🥹 lol I appreciate y'all. They deserve a raise!!

I’ve been to many gamestops but this one was the worst. Empty store. One employee. I asked if the he had any Switch 2 in stock expecting the answer to be no. However his lazy response of “Not Really” and then taking a phone call just made me walk out. Did I go in expecting them to be in stock? No. But do yourself a favor and drive to Augusta and skip this location.

I asked if they had a game. The lady said, "Don't bother. Someone is buying them all. Go on Ebay to find it." I went to the next gamestop and found the game. 1. She didn't check for the game. 2. She discouraged me from shopping at another gamestop. 3. She openly complained about customers. 4. She recommended I didn't shop at gamestop and that I should shop on eBay.
