We rented furniture from furniture rentals and the furniture was clean, in good shape and affordable! The customer service was excellent in particular the employees Brandon and Derrick who picked up the furniture for removal and packed the housewares with care. They were very courteous and professional the entire time and moved all the heavy furniture without damaging the interior apartment walls or our other belongings! Highly recommend this company and the employees they hire are definitely a positive representation of quality service.

Derrick and Russ are amazing! I have been doing business with them for years now and no other company compares. They are beyond accommodating and their customer service holds the bar high. I look forward to many more years!

Great for renting furniture and housewares if you are only going to be in the area for a short time. Very easy - same day delivery, one call to have picked up. Highly recommend. Was also able to purchase a desk at a great price - was damaged by previous renter so couldn't be rented out anymore but works fine for my home office!

I should have known from the start that this may not be the most reputable business in the category. To recover from knee replacement surgery, I wanted to rent a recliner lift chair. When I called the toll-free number the Furniture Rentals staffer said, "Oh no, we can't do that over the phone. You have to use or website." Once into their dated, cryptic user experience, I began to wonder if the site was secure, but the https: prefix appeared, so I thought it may be okay. But once I got into the site, the nightmare started. First, once you enter virtually every piece of personal data imaginable, you find out that the minimal rental period is 3 months -- I only needed it for 1 month -- but I figured, what the heck. Then I found out that the delivery fee was going to be $175. So begrudgingly, I proceeded, only to be flooded with a large amount of confirmation emails that duplicated many of the outbound messages. By this time I wanted out and canceled the rental order. I went online again and found a recliner lift chair at Sofamania for $299 with no delivery fee. Although I had no intention of buying one, I figured that it was a much more affordable deal than renting, so I would purchased it. It arrived today, on schedule, and is perfect and extremely fairly priced. But here's the warning. After completing a barrage of digital Furniture Rental documents, it turns out that I inadvertently digitally signed a contract, so when I contacted Russ Tafro who the emails were sent from to cancel my rental order with 24 hours of placing my rental request online, he replied: "I wanted to bring to your attention that we do have NO REFUND policy. If you take a look on a third page of the lease agreement that you signed yesterday, it clearly says: “I understand that if I cancel my order AFTER my payment(s) has been submitted, NO REFUNDS will be issued – regardless if I take possession of items or not”. I am so disappointed with this entire experience, I am disputing the rental charg...

The furniture wasnt too bad. They dont operate ethically at all. Russ, one of the salesmen, was told that the furniture was ready to be picked up on a certain date and that i was leaving the area. They did not pick it up until 12 days later and charged me for the time and late fees for that time. They never tried to call and tell me this either. When i called back to have them explain the charge, he couldnt, other than saying i didnt respond to a two week old email. I would recommend going somewhere else.....anywhere else, actually.
