Lisa is the best pet sitter in the Augusta area! She is awesome with my pups! Lisa is available and willing to help in any way she can with my girls. She is prompt, responsible, and dependable. She always keeps me informed on how my girls are doing, and she loves my girls like they’re her own! I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for pet sitting and overnight stays!

Lisa is a godsend for my two fur babies! They absolutely love her and are normally very shy and unsure of new people. She has taken care of my two BIG doggies on multiple occasions (usually with little to no notice from me, but she always makes it work!) And believe me, they are no walk in the park! High energy! Even the one time she wasn’t personally available, she also came to do the meet & greet to ensure me and the boys would be happy with her associate and introduce the dogs! She knew more about my dogs’ likes and behaviors than me!! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their dogs. I always get a ton of photos and information on how they are doing so I can be at ease while out of town. She is super sweet and accommodating for all needs! I can’t say enough what a relief it is to know they are so well taken care of.

Lisa is the absolute best! I cannot say enough about the peace of mind it gives me having her take care if my furbabies when we are away. We have used her many times but the time I would most like to share is our recent trip to Italy. We have a particularly needy dog named Colin that I was beyond stressed about leaving to go to another country for that long. He is extremely attached to us, separation anxiety is bad for him. Lisa came and met with him to prepare, helped him to feel comfortable with her (as much as she could because he is kinda crazy) and set my mind at ease having to leave him for so long. While we were in Italy she sent daily picture updates so we could see everything was ok, listened to all my instructions as far as his not eating good while we are away because of his separation anxiety. We made special frozen dinners just in case and she got him to eat just fine. Lisa has a real understanding of what dogs need and also what their humans need in order to have some time away to themselves. I was able to have an amazing vacation without feeling too guilty for leaving my furbabies. We even had a major flight delay on the way back to the states and were not gonna make it home on time and she made an extra trip out to our house to take the dogs out for us so they wouldn’t be left there too long in the middle of the night! I could give many more examples of how awesome she is, we have fish and a cat she also had to take care and everything was done exactly as my instructions said to do. I can’t say enough about how awesome she is and we will always use her to take care or our furbabies!!
