Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We ate here when they first opened and it was okay but crowded, my favorite burger place was closed Monday so we figured we should give Freddy's another shot. I'm glad we did! The service was great, the burger delicious, fries and onion rings were fresh and crispy. I got a chocolate brownie concrete (think Blizzard) and it was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

Cute little classic theme restaurant! Didn't have to wait for our food! By the time I was handed my change our food was ready & steaming hot! Employees were so friendly & they didn't rush us to hurry up and order. I highly recommend eating here! Definitely one of the best burger joints I've been too! I could give this place a 10 star rating if I could.

If you have been to one frdsys.. you pretty much been to them all Food was good. Ice cream was good..but qbat I enjoyed most...was the customer service I recieved. I wish I had remembered the guys name..I did ket him know how I enjoyed and appreciated hair customer service... he was super polite. Nice. Inviting.. and had great manners. He was a white guy whose uniform was different the others. It's employees like him that make it pleasant to come to an establishment...over and over..

My first time eating at this location and the food was excellent! The staff was great. The restaurant was nice and clean. Will definitely be back!

Been in Augusta area for a few years now and just ate here for the first time. This place having less than 4 stars is absurd. You Disgustans have fried taste buds and few brain cells. Y’all will give this place 2 stars and give Sconyers 5 stars. Crazy… This place is clean, service was amazing, and the food was fantastic. The tall and lanky gentleman was super professional and courteous and provided service you just don’t expect in 2025 at a fast & casual…. Easily one of the better burger/shake joints in the Augusta area.
