I could say so many things, but I'll just stick with the words I heard come out her mouth. How "she has had cockroaches before" defending it. Also how she said the child "showed her bugs but he's 4 and a boy and that's fascinating to a little boy" What the heck? lady get a grip! If the supposed child has OCD wouldn't bugs more than likely bother the child? Also as soon as you described said "bugs in the bedroom crawling up the wall I knew immediately they were bed bugs". and you "didn't know what kind of bugs they were" did you even try?? did you take a picture and try to find out what bugs might be in a child's room? Do better. Go ahead and research bed bugs so any other children you are overs LIFE aren't sitting there getting eaten up with LICE and BEDBUGS. Here's 1 picture from the internet. You could of done that....but you know....you clearly don't care about the children you're supposed to help. Make sure you look up the lifecycle of them cuz the babies don't look the same from the adults!
