Fort STEAM is a wonderful learning environment meeting the educational and social developmental needs for a spectrum of kids. My son is on the Autism spectrum and he simply thrives with the teachers and students at Ft STEAM. His teachers keep him focused and engaged in class while also creating opportunities for him to participate with his classmates—he’s never left out from his peers and never overwhelmed because his teachers understand his learning needs. Thank you Fort STEAM for everything.

Best program out there! It’s nearly impossible to find a good program that doesn’t have religious requirements. They have such a fun program for kids to get the extras that are harder to do at home. My son loved the 5-8 Steam day and Free Friday to create whatever he was feeling that day. We are super disappointed to have to leave due to moving.

I really can’t sing the praises of Fort STEAM’s little microschool enough !!! It’s SUCH an outside-the-box school model and one of the only places my daughter has ever felt fully at home. She can be her full, wide-open self, in a hands on (non textbook) learning environment and as a result of significantly less masking of neurodivergence, she’s able to truly learn and retain the knowledge. They do science just by walking in the door to their plethora of classroom animals (birds, spiders, guinea pigs, snakes, hedgehogs, all the things), they do computer coding, ASL, history, art, etc. Super fun subjects for that 12 and under, age group. (12 and over is fun too but a tad more math and such 😜). It’s a truly magical place that has changed my daughter’s complete experience of school to be a positive/fun/inclusive/stress free one. 10/10 - I’m a super fan ! Here she is w their baby chick in science.

My son did the parents night out and loved every second. Stephanie and Jonah are fantastic. I’m so excited to watch their business grow. I’ll be recommending them to every parent I know!!

My 3 kids (15F, 10M and 7F) all love the micro school! They look forward to seeing their teachers, friends and animals every week. They always have so much to tell me after class. My teen is successfully learning geometry with Mr. Jonah and when she requested to switch out one class for another They were happy to make that happen since there was availability in the class she wanted. It's worth every penny to give my kids the hands on, personal, fun and safe learning experience. We're looking forward to attending a water color class on the weekends as well.
