Flow Pro Plumbing

I had a flood in my home. Called Flow Pro- they answered immediately at 9pm and had Chris out by 10pm. Chris worked hard to figure out the problem, dug my septic tank hole, and helped with knowledge of fixing it and preventing it. I appreciate the prompt timing, the knowledge, the late night visit, and the suggestions. Chris is a gem!

Highly recommend! After having two other companies come out and automatically say I need to have the piping replaced (and other issues), I called Flow Pro. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Wyatt called once he got to my house. He listened to everything I told him. Instead of jumping to the conclusion the pipe needed to be replaced, he tried fixing the clog. He was in and out of the house, snaking and checking the progress in the tub and toilet. He stayed until the tub drained and the toilet was able to flush. He did say that he was able to get it working for now, but at some point the pipe would need to be replaced. I received an estimate the next day. Being a single mom, having the pipes replaced on the spot isn't in my budget. Having this fix until I can save enough money has been a lifesaver!! Wyatt is a hard worker and I appreciate everything he did for me.

My appointment block of time was between 1 PM and 3 PM. At 2:30 PM I called the office to ask if the plumber was on his way and Stephanie, which was the front desk lady, responded saying that he was wrapping it up and was heading my way. At 3:30 PM I had to call back since the plumber was not in my house yet, so Stephanie told me that they can't control how long the work take and kept going over and over saying "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry" trying to be dismissive of what I was trying to say. I can understand that the job may take longer than expected but a phone call informing that, would have been appreciated as we also have things to do. Stefanie then asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment in where I told her that we hadn't been able to use our bathroom for the past two weeks and we were not going to wait another 6 days for a plumber to come. She then decided to lie and said that my appointment time was from 2PM to 5PM and that the plumber was tracking that time so he was within my appointment time. Mind you, I have the email with the time that was given to me. At that point I got furious because instead of taking accountability, she chose to LIE. I ended the conversation and waited for the plumber Chris P to arrive at 4:05PM. Once he arrived, I mentioned what I spoke with Stefanie and he was indeed tracking my appointment between 1PM-3PM. He apologized for arriving late in which I understood. I would like to take time now to praise Chris P for the outstanding job he did in our home. He explained to me everything needed to repair in a clear way and he was very knowledgeable as well. Chris left around 5:45PM or so and I told him to tell the owner Michael to call me. Michael finally called me about 24 hours later and oh my, I am not sure why he is even the owner. I can not say enough good things or give enough stars to really explain how very pleased I was with this company! The gentleman that brought closure to a problem I had with my kitchen sink whose name was “ Wyatt” was awesome! I would highly recommend this company and Wyatt to everyone with plumbing problems.
