Had a great experience today shopping for tile samples. It was my first time here and they had such a great variety to choose from. Every worker I ran into was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, particularly Destiny who spent time explaining the installation process with me. Would 10/10 recommend!

Excellent and professional customer support. Two store employees not only showed my wife and I where the LVP flooring and bathroom tile was located, but stayed with us to answer questions and provide us with very helpful suggestions on care and installation warranties. There are a varieties of products to choose from at reasonable prices. The sales associates made it easy for us to decide. We are excited about our product choice and transformation it will bring to our home. We are especially grateful for the professionalism and patience demonstrated by two of your employees, David and Teyonna G. We highly recommend Floor & Decor for your home improvement needs.

At some point, everyone gets that itch to convert their shower tub combo into a walk-in shower. Well, that’s me.😊 yesterday was my first time ever visiting the store Floor&Decor♥️✅ and I am so glad that I did. It came on recommendation to me by my contractor who also accompanied me on my visit. While we were there, we had the opportunity to look around and I must say how well organized, clean, and efficient the set up of the store was. From the moment I walked through the door, I was quickly greeted by many smiling faces and eager to help employees, but the one employee that stood out the most for me was Mr. Roger Jarvis! Hands-down and head-&-shoulders above all the rest, Mr. Jarvis came throug!. He was elated to go toe to toe with my Contractor as he showed within himself an abundance of knowledge about the products sold in his store and an artistic mind to help put them together. Rogers contributions to my hour long shopping spree made for a very fun filled learning experience. If you were ever looking to take on some home renovations, and you have a project that needs to get done ✅ this store is definitely a one stop shop! I promise to be back again, but when I do, I’ll be looking for Mr. Roger Jarvis! Thank you for all you do and dear excellent customer service!😊

The Floor & Decor store in Augusta is always a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Stevie Mason at the Pro Service Desk. She is truly a joy to work with always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. If she doesn’t have the answer right away, she makes it a point to find it and has the right resources to get it done.
