First Citizens Bank

This branch is not even worth trying to work with. My online banking was breached and they had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t get back into to my account until I paid someone to clear all my electronics and bring them a receipt. I had to call my home branch and they essentially had to blow up their email and phone to get a response and go up the chain of command to get them to work with them. Can’t imagine putting my trust in people that are that unreliable. It will be a cold day in hell before I drive 5 minutes down the road to this branch. It is sad it’s worth the $50 in gas and 2 hours wasted to work with the branch in Columbia.

My whole family banks here because this is a top notch professional bank business. You will get to know the tellers and manager well in time, they are so nice there. Best bank in Aiken.

We go to a few other branches nearby depending on our travel that day. This branch is our favorite because the tellers and management know what they are doing. It is easy to notice their professionalism and experience.
