Firehouse Subs Shoppes @ Whiskey

I didn’t get my pickle even though I was asked if I wanted a pickle on the side. The sub I ordered wasn’t as good as I remember it being. The soda fountain had run out of Coca-Cola flavoring and tasted like straight soda water. Fingers crossed my next experience is better.

I always order through the app for pick up. It seems to be a continuous thing if i order inside, my sub is incorrect one way or another so doing it myself just leads to little to no error. Sub is always ready for pick up on time which i appreciate. However the staff needs to be improved. They don’t greet anyone and just gossip amongst each other when there are customers waiting. The customer experience seems to be focused on last.

No cherry Coke. Brownie wrapper is mission impossible to remove without a tool.

We arrived at 8:30pm recieved our food and finished before closing. I picked up the trash to put in the trash cans but both were covered with a rug. I asked the person standing by the register where do I place the trash and she said in the trash cans. I then stated the obvious that that there were rugs covering the trash can. She then told me to remove the rug to throw my trash away. How nasty to ask a customer to do that!!!

I dealt directly with (CJ) the manager for a rather large order….he was great to work with. Food was ready in time and fresh.
