Firehouse Subs Peach Orchard

Whoa! Firehouse has fries now. They are not your regular fries, but they are ridged to give a good crisp crunch. The staff were quick and took our order with zero mistakes. Food came out looking better than the pictures. A nice touch with Firehouse is that there are a lot of educational and historical displays posted as well as on the cups that you can take with you.

Walked in to this location 10 minutes to closing and the entire staff including the shift leader had an attitude. One of the employees walks to the back with an attitude stating she was about to walk out. There was another person that walked in behind me as well. The shift leader face was all bald up you can tell they all were pissed because of us walking in last minute. I had just gotten off work and wanted to grab a bite. No one greeted us there was no professionalism and the shift leader did not lead by example. The young lady was cleaning even went to unlock and lock the door with her gloves on and came right back to fix sandwich’s at that point we just wanted our money back. The young lady made a remark that she could never be a manger because of customers like me. I made a remark and instead of the shift leader sending her employee away from the counter she decided to tell me not to say anything else and I’m a grown ——— woman. The young lady also made a remark that she would tell Heather what she said which further more tells me Heather doesn’t provide disciplinary actions to her employees for her to feel comfortable enough to even say that. She was just rude all the way around. They all need to be trained on customer service and professionalism even the shift leader whom didn’t know how to give a refund.

Took a ridiculous amount of time to get my order. Had plenty of people working but they were mostly standing around and talking to each other ! For 4 people to be working there at 3:30 in the afternoon is ridiculous ! When more and more people were coming in and a line formed of 5 people they were still just standing around talking ! Will Never go back there again !

Met my sister there to have a sandwich for dinner. It was delicious. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean.

Ordered through app. Food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. Walked right in and food was ready as posted.
