Mr. Alex Williams with Final Trace Wildlife Solutions LLC is THE MOST informative, professional that I've had the privilege to encounter. I was working in my garden this morning and stumbled across a snake. I took photos and sent it to Alex and he gave me the full rundown on top of some articles to review about my issue. I have known Alex (owner) for approximately 8 years. He is honest, hard-working and a “salt of the Earth” type of person. I first met him through a college where I worked and we used his services for the removal of squirrels and a non-venomous snake. Alex and his crew were absolutely amazing! Although, realistically, I didn't have a severe problem (I had a lizard and a snake get into my house within a week of each other), it was a big concern to me due to my fear of snakes.
