Ferrandos - Richland

This establishment is clean, staff was professional, friendly, and has great Italian decorations + atmosphere. Multiple TVs for sports and news is nice! We got the Huge 20inch half pepperoni / half cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The pizza was amazing.. great sauce and cheese flavor! The breadsticks were mouth watering and packed huge flavor. We were told it would take up to 30 minutes to be ready but the order ended up being done in only 10 minutes. Overall, VERY IMPRESSED! Big shoutout to the cook, Garret? Super friendly, professional and made the experience the cherry on top! Highly Recommended! (Note to owner(s), I would highly recommend putting a sign up at your register asking patrons to rate their experience for your restaurant on Google. More reviews mean more customers. Thanks again!)

I've been eating Ferrandos since they were on Hwy 421 30+ years ago....quality hasn't changed. Still the best pizza in the CSRA; puts the big pizza chains (Pizza Hut, Domino's etc) to shame ...we live 30+ minutes away and make it a point to come and get a pie to go avery 5-6 weeks or so...and it never disappoints... my wife is from NY and she says this is the closest thing she's had to NY pizza since she moved down here 20+ years ago.

Stopped here for lunch after Sunday Mass. ordered the everything Stromboli & Zepa Sub with fries, and extra order of fries. The hot sub was excellent - the crusty & soft dough makes the sandwich. Stromboli crust was a bit thin, but filling was great & fresh. Cheese filling was so good. Hot crispy fries were the best fries we’ve had in a long long time. Big portions & very reasonable pricing. We will return to try other items - pizza & wings. Good service too.

Nice setting. Vibey. Not too crowded. Although the waiting time was slightly long (20 or so minutes for three subs & a baked spaghetti. But there didn't seem to be many workers, either, so take this with a grain of salt), the customer service was amazing. Kacey (or Kasey? Sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) was amazing. Although they got our order wrong, they gave us mozzarella sticks & remade our subs on the house! 9.5/10 do recommend.

Dined in on a Friday evening around 6pm. Seated immediately but it was very busy especially with takeout orders. Waitress was attentive. Be prepared to wait as everything is cooked fresh. I think our pizzas took about 25 minutes or so but arrived hot. The pizza was delicious and we had some to take home.
