FedEx Authorized ShipCenter

I came in to ship a package, the Gentleman was not really talking that all, i think he had a bad day, if you don’t want to be there then stay home. Next time I’ll visit another FedEx Center.

I went there today ,with a Fed ex return. No greeting as I went to the counter. . I asked if I could send from there with a QR code. The man behind the counter enlarged the QR code, pointed to my phone and said “Fed ex OFFICE” , turned his back and sat back down .Didn’t offer the location of where I needed to go. My package was large and bulky. Being an older woman I struggled to get back out the door with it, The door has a latch and pulled inward. I will never use their services again. I don’t return to an establishment with such rude people.
