Farmhaus Burger - Martinez, GA

Fun, good, little restaurant to eat at. We are always looking for local restaurants to eat at when we are out of town. We found this one and had a good lunch and breakfast here. It is a brunch type place which we prefer. I would say that it is worth a try if you are in the area.

While in town, I had a taste for a good burger, and Farmhaus did not disappoint. Ask for the fries to be crispy! Customer service was good. As for the atmosphere, it is cool- relaxed. It is the upscale version of five guys, with better burgers! I will be back.

I visited Farmhaus in Martinez for the first time yesterday and was excited to try it out. I ordered the lamb burger, which was actually quite good—good enough that I took a few pictures and was planning to leave a 5-star review. However, before leaving, I used the restroom and was shocked to see one of the kitchen staff—likely in his 40s—use the bathroom stall and return straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly ruined the whole experience for me. It’s unsettling to realize that the food I just enjoyed may have been prepared by someone with unwashed hands. I’m sharing this not out of spite, but in the hope that management will take this seriously and retrain staff on basic hygiene protocols. Cleanliness and food safety are non-negotiable in a restaurant, and I truly hope this was an isolated incident.

Food was great. The guy that brought the food to us was nice. Lady when we walked in wasn't pleasant. She looked like she was miserable and rude. We've never eaten here before. And we were trying to ask her what we do. She huffed. I said there are no menus. She got short with her patience. Hope she has better days.

I was quite surprised at the variety of burger options--you can customize your burgers in SO many ways! Burgers come to your table hot, and the fries and sides are very good. Parking can be tricky so arrive earlier than high tide times!
