Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

To add: My review was an honest reflection of my experience, and I believe it’s important for others to know. You even admitted that the haircut was choppy. This is YOUR work! With that said, name-calling is unnecessary and unprofessional. I stand by my review and won’t be removing it. I went in for a haircut and asked for my hair to be cut where it lays on my shoulders and layered. EVEN SHOWED A PICTURE! My hair was cut much shorter and the layers are all messed up and are uneven! Now I have to pay someone else to FIX it. It's horrible yall, I have to walk around with this 😩

I came in once before to get my hair bleached, and because of the care, attention to detail, and the affordable service they provided, I decided to return. I got Rebecca again and asked her for a cut, bleach, and dye with some fun colors, and not only did she do such a wonderful job, but she’s also a great conversationalist! Taking note of what colors I like, she expressed some of her own creative freedom choosing the colors while we talked about her background as an artist (: This put me at ease as I trusted the process and I could not be happier with the results!! Rebecca is amazing at her craft, and has many years of experience to back it up. I will definitely be returning to her for some new color when the time comes. I give it a one because I walked in. I wanted to highlights and lowlight. I got what she wanted to give me. She said we’re gonna do it this way the worst experience I’ve ever had there in my life and she was doing the highlights. Color is getting all over me my purse, my glasses in the cost, I have never paid that kind of price there. Everybody just go get you some highlights and let this person color your roots and a haircut and see if you pay for what I paid for my hair in my hair is red. good luck to go get some color from there ?

Had a color and cut 2 1/2 weeks ago. The color (some form of dark purple I wanted brown/red) is still coming out of my hair. My hair was washed/conditioned one time and rinsed one time. I think it was a rush since the next person was there waiting after 1 hour. I've never been so embarrassed by the color of my hair now (now faded purple - see pic). I went to another salon to have it fixed, properly. I did not trust this salon anymore. I left with color all over my face, neck and ears and a piece of my hair by my ear that wasn't colored (could have been due to the mask). I was told to use some sort of makeup remover to take it off (I didn't know this, so I learned something new).I was asked if I wanted my hair, "half way blow dried or all the way blow dried," I guess style wasn't part of the services? I tried to wait to write the review until the color stopped washing out to give an appropriate review, but I couldn't stand the color anymore. I wasted $100 since I'm having it redone 2 1/2 weeks later.

I have been in this area for 30 years and finally found a place to get my hair cut. . Ms Sherry that cut my hair and my husband's did a wonderful job. We both are sooooo pleased with our haircuts. She took her time cutting our hair and asked questions when she she reached a point, whether it was okay to continue. Keep up the great work. And Ms. Sherry if you leave hopefully you will let your old and new customers know where you are going. We will be back !!!!!!
